A Message From GrateNotes

At GrateNotes, we believe the simple act of writing down what you are grateful for can reduce your anxiety and improve your well-being. Routine gratitude journaling can serve as a powerful tool you can use to improve your mental health, whether you are facing anxiety or depression, feeling stressed or dissatisfied with your life circumstances, or struggling with negative thoughts. This journal is not meant to replace professional therapy or medical interventions, but rather can be used in combination with other strategies as a tool to support better mental health and positive thinking for anyone in any circumstance.

To create this journal, the GrateNotes team conducted a review of studies on the benefits of gratitude interventions, such as gratitude journaling, as a form of psychotherapy. Our goal was to better understand how gratitude can reduce anxiety and create the most evidence-based gratitude journal in the world. Each and every page of this journal was thoughtfully designed with the help of psychologists and researchers. We included daily guided questions, weekly quotes and a guide on how to use this journal effectively.
